For 4 weeks, we will send you one recipe per week (sent on Thursday, ahead of the weekend). The recipes we have created are for foods we have prepared in our own home with our veggies for years. We come back to these recipes every week because they are so simple and adaptable to what's in season.

The recipes prioritize these features:

  1. Simple. Fast to prepare.
  2. Not a ton of ingredients.
  3. Can be prepped ahead, or made in batches to save time.
  4. Veggie-focused, utilizing what's in season. Substitutions can be made depending on what's abundant from the farm.
  5. Limited tools/cookware. The recipes don't use every pot and pan in your kitchen.
